These terms and conditions govern your use of the Enlight.Life website and your purchase of any services offered by Enlight.Life. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you accept these terms. Read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About us
1.1 Enlight.Life is operated by Utopia-Rising LLC trading as Enlight.Life. Our services include precision health testing, personalised wellness protocols, 1:1 coaching programmes, and group membership through the Create. Health. Collective. (CHC).
1.2 By using our website or purchasing any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website or services at any time. Where a paid service is affected, we will give you reasonable notice.
2. Our services
2.1 Precision tests
Enlight.Life offers precision health testing conducted by accredited third-party laboratories. When you purchase a test, we coordinate your sample collection and liaise with the relevant laboratory on your behalf. Test results are interpreted and returned to you by Enlight.Life as part of your programme.
2.2 Personalised protocols
Based on your test results and health intake information, we create personalised wellness protocols for you. These protocols are developed by Enlight.Life practitioners and are specific to your reported data at the time of assessment. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
2.3 1:1 coaching
Coaching sessions are conducted by Enlight.Life coaches and are scheduled directly with you. Session frequency, format, and duration are as agreed at the time of purchase or programme enrolment.
2.4 Create. Health. Collective. (CHC) membership
The CHC is a recurring monthly membership at $55/month. Membership includes:
Membership has no fixed end date. It continues until you cancel. Products and supplements discussed or recommended within the CHC are not included in the membership fee and are purchased separately.
3. Health disclaimer
3.1 Enlight.Life is a wellness service, not a medical provider. Nothing on our website, in your test results, in your personalised protocol, in any coaching session, or in any CHC content constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3.2 You should not rely on information provided by Enlight.Life as a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have a medical condition or health concern, consult a qualified healthcare provider before acting on any information or recommendations from us.
3.3 Content shared in the CHC — including masterclasses, protocols, and group call discussions — is educational in nature. It is not tailored to your individual health circumstances unless provided as part of a personalised protocol or 1:1 coaching engagement.
3.4 Product budgets discussed within the CHC (typically $300–1,500/month) are estimates only. Your actual requirements will depend on your individual programme and health goals. You are under no obligation to purchase any specific product.
3.5 By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that results vary between individuals and that Enlight.Life makes no guarantee of specific health outcomes.
4. Ordering and payment
4.1 All services are purchased through our website or the CHC platform. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes or fees.
4.2 Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers, including Kartra and Stripe. Enlight.Life does not store your card details. Crypto payments are available for the CHC upon request.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
5. Cancellations and refunds
5.1 Precision tests
Once a test kit has been dispatched or a laboratory request has been submitted, the test cannot be cancelled or refunded. If your kit has not yet been dispatched, contact info@enlight.life within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation.
5.2 Personalised protocols
Protocols are created based on your specific test data and intake information. Once a protocol has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
5.3 1:1 coaching
Coaching packages are non-refundable once commenced. Individual session cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited at the coach's discretion.
5.4 CHC membership
The CHC is billed monthly. Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.
6. Community conduct
6.1 The CHC community platform is a private, members-only space. By joining, you agree to engage respectfully and in good faith with other members and with Enlight.Life staff.
6.2 You must not share, reproduce, or distribute any content from the CHC — including masterclasses, protocols, recordings, or community posts — outside the platform without prior written consent from Enlight.Life.
6.3 Health information shared by other members in group calls or community posts is shared voluntarily and in confidence. You must not share, screenshot, or discuss other members' personal health information outside the community.
6.4 Enlight.Life reserves the right to remove any member from the CHC for conduct that is disrespectful, harmful, or in breach of these terms, without refund.
7. Client responsibilities
7.1 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when completing health intake forms, questionnaires, or any other assessments. Enlight.Life cannot be held responsible for protocols or recommendations based on inaccurate information you have provided.
7.2 You are responsible for following any sample collection instructions provided with your test kit. Incorrectly collected samples may affect results. A re-test may be required at your cost in such cases.
7.3 You agree to engage with our services in good faith and to communicate openly with your coach or practitioner about any concerns with your programme.
8. Third-party laboratories
8.1 Precision tests are processed by accredited third-party laboratories. While we select laboratory partners carefully, Enlight.Life is not responsible for laboratory errors, delays, or sample processing issues outside our control.
8.2 In the event of a laboratory error, we will work with the relevant laboratory to resolve the issue, which may include arranging a re-test at no additional cost to you.
9. Third-party platforms
9.1 The CHC community is hosted on Mighty Networks. Certain programme and marketing pages are hosted on Kartra. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
9.2 Enlight.Life is not responsible for disruptions, outages, or changes to third-party platforms. We will work to minimise impact on members where platform issues arise.
10. Intellectual property
10.1 All content produced by Enlight.Life — including website content, masterclasses, protocols, recordings, and resources in the CHC vault — is the property of Enlight.Life or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 CHC membership grants you personal, non-transferable access to membership content. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share this content without prior written consent.
10.3 Your personalised protocol is created for your individual use only and may not be reproduced or commercialised.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enlight.Life's liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service directly giving rise to the claim.
11.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including loss of health outcomes, earnings, or data — arising from your use of our services or your reliance on information we provide.
11.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
12. Changes to these terms
12.1 We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after a change is posted means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
13.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.

- Monthly masterclasses (live and recorded)
- Monthly Q&A; and group coaching calls, with replays provided
- Bi-monthly pre-recorded peptide classes
- Access to the membership vault of past masterclasses and resources
- Exclusive protocols and mindfulness practices
- Member discounts on selected Enlight.Life programmes and products
Membership has no fixed end date. It continues until you cancel. Products and supplements discussed or recommended within the CHC are not included in the membership fee and are purchased separately.

Once a test kit has been dispatched or a laboratory request has been submitted, the test cannot be cancelled or refunded. If your kit has not yet been dispatched, contact info@enlight.life within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation.
5.2 Personalised protocols
Protocols are created based on your specific test data and intake information. Once a protocol has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
5.3 1:1 coaching
Coaching packages are non-refundable once commenced. Individual session cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited at the coach's discretion.
5.4 CHC membership
The CHC is billed monthly. Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- To cancel, contact info@enlight.life or manage your subscription through the CHC platform at least 3 days before your next renewal date
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period
- On cancellation, your access to the community platform, vault, and all membership content ends at the close of your paid period
6. Community conduct
6.1 The CHC community platform is a private, members-only space. By joining, you agree to engage respectfully and in good faith with other members and with Enlight.Life staff.
6.2 You must not share, reproduce, or distribute any content from the CHC — including masterclasses, protocols, recordings, or community posts — outside the platform without prior written consent from Enlight.Life.
